Our practice is centred on Delhi NCR and extends through the industrial corridor running out from Noida and Greater Noida into Ghaziabad, Dadri, Khurja and Bulandshahr, and to clients in Gurugram, Bhiwani and Bhiwandi. Much of our work is with mid-sized manufacturers, MSMEs and family-owned businesses in those clusters, alongside technology companies, India subsidiaries of foreign groups, and listed entities.
The firm brings together Company Secretaries and registered Insolvency Professionals. Between them the team covers the Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA and the FDI policy, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and practice before the Registrar of Companies, the Regional Director and the National Company Law Tribunal.
